Using lessons from 2022, the mobile scanner is back right now for the 2023 event. Also, regular contributor Dr. MedLaw explores the concept of pre-contracting with patients to limit legal issues, on the heels of the OceanGate Titan submersible disaster which saw the media giving attention to long disclaimers that specifically listed death as a risk.
